We manage premier homes, luxury apartments, rural retreats, and even smaller units and townhouses if the suitability is right. Our properties are generally located in tourist areas and we specialise in marketing for travelling families. Currently operating in Brisbane, Noosa, & various locations on the Sunshine Coast, we plan to expand gradually around Australia.

We have a ‘no party’ policy and screen every guest to ensure the right fit for our properties. In this industry we recommend the property owners take out a specific landlord insurance so that in a very rare case of damage we can work effectively to rectify any problems to ensure the property remains in 5 star condition at all times.

We’ve heard over and over the struggles from other airbnb management companies regarding guest damage and misbehaviour yet we have avoided major issues through our specialised guest screening process.
